the birth of my blog

this morning i woke up, sent joey off to work and then sat there feeling kind of sick and pathetic until my friend thomas texted me with concerns about his current girlfriend. then, i actually got up and got dressed and clean and thomas and natalia and i and our dogs (chloe, koa and cowry respectively) went for a short hike. it was short because chloe cut her paw and we had to take her home to bandage it. natalia went to work and thomas sat on my bathroom floor for about an hour talking about how unhappy he feels and how his girlfriend is almost perfect but there are just a few things... afterward, we went to visit my friend mary, who has week old kittens. one of them died but there are still five thriving healthy fluffballs. kittens and puppies are good for the heartsick. then thomas' girlfriend called, saying she needed a ride somewhere, and he left. i came home, played on the computer until i decided it would be a nice day to start a blog. i was going to keep it secret, but joey came home in the middle, and besides, i needed help with it. and that's the story.
